Good overall except entry of 1099-DIV and 1099-B

In general the program is very good. BUT I found the input of 1099-DIV and 1099-B information very difficult. Percentages relating to US government securities is input, but not clear where it is deducted on later forms. Also, the Pennsylvania return for this information was also very difficult. Form 8949 will have to be mailed in, but the 8949 form as shown in TT does not have page 1, so I will have to get it from iRS.gov. Also, the help documentation this year seems to be skimpy compared to prior years.

TurboTax Premier is Fantastic !

Very thorough yet easy to use. The software has distinct sections that are well labeled and easy to reopen for additions or double-checking. Yes - I spent several hours fully completing our taxes but it's low-stress and significantly less expensive than using a fee tax preparation service. Yes - I would highly recommend this software to all tax payers.
