Have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. The ONLY way to prepare and file the returns. Great Service!!

Couple of problems this year.

Had a lot of problems getting started with both the federal and state returns. Wanted password from keychain.
Did not know how to do that.
Did not know how to do that.
Unable to put the federal refund towards estimated taxes. No problem doing that with the state return.

i love using turbo tax but it was much easier to use with a cd for install ,had a hard time geting it to come up but with a cd i got it right away . no cd and had to pay more money
