Turbo tax and Intuit suck big time

Too expensive and too much nickel and diming (charging your customers fees) and now charging for federal refund processing as well as state, even after I paid for the federal and state software. Turbo tax and Intuit suck big time???

Good but glitchy

Solid and reputable tax software and seems to be accurate, even for my somewhat complicated tax situation.
The past couple of years, the software seems to occasionally be glitchy, sometimes catching me in a continuous circuitous loop. The only way out seems to be to shut it down for a day or two then come back in. This year, it insisted that I buy another copy of my state software. I finally had to call Tech Support, who was knowledgable and said this was not common. After a few button pushes, he got me through but chuckled and confessed that even he did not know how he did so.

This was only one of several frustrating events which mirror last year's issues.
I am unsure whether I will use this again.

Printing is fixed.

Had a problem this year with printing on iMac. did reach someone on Monday morning.
She admitted there was a programing problem with Mac on how to print. Best features I love about Turbo Tax and the auto active print feature did not work. Had to go into forms and then find what I wanted to print through my printer's program. Then after I got most printed, they just came out with a fix in end of March. Noticed it when there were several uploads few days ago. Anyhow able to print it the old way on forms I wanted to comparison of last year. Since I owed money, I wanted to know if all imports were correct and nothing doubled up. It wasn't. Filing today was no problem and paying through bank was easy. I assume it will work. I will see.

Apparently TurboTax can't be bothered to fix the bug with MN state filing. Good luck to anyone with a 1099-R to report on their taxes

THOROUGH FOR THE MOST PART

A LOT OF SECTIONS ARE VERY MURKY. ESPECIALY FOREIGN TAXES PAID SECTION. ALSO, COULD NOT GET AN ANSWER TO WHAT AGI I SHOULD USE TO EFILE STATE INCOME TAX, FEDERAL OR STATE. I USED STATE SO FINGERS CROSSED. OTHER WISE I FEEL THAT TURBO TAX IS VERY THOROUGH.
