To many changes with the layout.

Every year you change the way you enter the data which isn't always the best. In particular the interest, dividends and stock area. I like it the old way when you opened the section it had all the payers on one page , each payer is its own section.

I think the program is very good. It's a little intimidating to get asked questions that don't apply to you and you really have no idea what it is. Help is just ok. I could not find any help on accounting for contributions to my DAF.
A feel better doing it myself than going to a tax preparer. I have issues with previous tax preparers.

TurboTax always makes filing easy year after year. Since so much information is repeated each year, the forms are pre-filled with lots of information and prompts for updates to accounts.

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. I find that Turbo Tax more than meets my needs for filing my income tax and I am very pleased with the annual results.
