Great product but keep it simple.

I've used Turbo Tax since about 2008. Through the years, I've seen where there have been improvements to the product, making it easier to navigate. But this year was different. When I had questions or needed further explanations, I was referred back to the Intuit login page. Trying to navigate through those pages was frustrating to the point that I gave up sometimes and made decisions based on gut feeelings. KIS because many of your customers are not products of the computer generation.

Turbo Tax Flaw

The return was rejected, same as last year, because there are no prompts asking about marketplace health insurance. After I received the rejection notice, I remembered that the same thing had happened last year. I don't know how many others have had this same experience, but it has happened to me two years in a row. Maybe I just seem to overlook this or maybe the software needs a little adjustment?

Turbo Tax Premier is Perfect for My Needs
