Happy with software but surprised, frustrated and furious that the first e-file return required that I pay $25 for State and $40 for Federal. I thought there was 5 free e-files???
Another example of deceitful advertising !! ???

Confusing and costly

Getting more confusing each year. Made me purchase another state tax software which turns out that I didn't need to submit taxes for that state. I lost $40. I'd like to get that money back.

I have been using TurboTax ever since I was audited back in 2004 because I went to a tax person and ended up being audited. I must say that Turbo Tax has always been easy to use, and I've never been disappointed.
