TurboTax is Bugy and Slow

I have been using TurboTax for many years. This year I encountered bugs in the software and it was very slow to startup, update and use. I received great help from the live help, Jeff, who answered my questions and walked me through the software on my screen.

Not Happy

I have used Turbo tax for years and have been pleased with it, but not this year. So many things wrong, transmittals and imports where a problem as was trying to make corrections. I have not been able to Submit my federal return because of 2 errors with regard to the foreign tax credit, it won't allow me to change the entires on the forms and now won't let me transmit, may have to mail a very large tax return. Not sure I will use turbo tax next year.

It's Excellent!!!

I used their Premier product because it included investments. I entered data myself. You need to be comfortable with data-entry, computers, and tax procedures/forms. Their help menus were abundant and intuitive.
I stumbled a few times, mis-reading instructions mostly. Mis-understanding sometimes, reading instructions again.......and again, but this product is great. I'm guessing it took me about 15-20 hours total, over a 4 day period.

Problem with Intuit payment data collection

I ran into a snag paying for the state Return. The intuit window for the billing address was to large and the button for [continue] was too low to access.
