Audit Defense possible confusion issue

When on the last page to e-file the program asks if you want AUDIT DEFENSE for $45. When you continue, ignoring paying for audit defense you get a page saying there's a $40 REFUND processing fee. And 2 buttons: pay by credit card or pay with federal refund. This is very confusing!!!!! Especially since I owed money and was not getting a refund. And at first thought I was paying for AUDIT defense until I noticed the price difference. But I found if you hit pay by CC it actually takes you to the $25 state filing fee page and you can proceed from there.

1. your new format is redundant
2. you charge $25 for state filing
3. you also have "ads" for other services
4. I feel like I am buying a new car with all the signature lines....you are over priced!!!!

Missing the disc supplied in previous years!

Could not get the program to download on my computer. After three hours of trying, I called TurboTax and the help line operator (Selena) was very patient, helping me. She could not get the program to download on my computer either. We moved to my husband's computer (EXACTLY the same as mine) and after two hours we finally were able to download the program. I WANT A DISC NEXT YEAR! The program worked flawlessly as usual, but using my husband's computer has been very inconvenient.

Thinking of moving to H&R block software.

Even after reading why the program is not recognizing my wife having insurance all year under my family plan I could not seem to change it and either I answered some questions wrong, or it now ask a large number of irrelevant questions about my house which was not refinanced and IRA distributions. Then when doing taxes for my Mom, who is 94, it again did not seem to like the fact she was covered by Medicare all year.
