Turbo Tax Issues This Year!

I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 15 years and it was great until this year. The way some of the questions are worded this year are very confusing. I had to call your Support Team for assistance several times to clarify what the question meant.

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Always very accurate and somewhat easy to use for the Novice. Never had any problems with the software or never Federal Audit.

The last Expert I connected with did an excellent job until I accidentally terminated my connection with her on the phone. She maybe did not have acces to my phone number to call me back and I had no way of reconnecting with her. Sorry 'bout that!
