TurboTax PREMIER is always reliable. But it should include "RMD" / "Required Minimum Distributuion" Calculations as part of the standard content.

2025 Turbo Tax sucks.
I had to refile Oregon tax multiple times.
I used to use Turbo Tax with no issues in the past. This year just sucks.
I am thinking about switching to other software.

I have used TurboTax for many years. The early versions were easy to look directly at the actual forms and switch between the forms vs. step-through processes. In the last few years, the software has made it difficult to look at the actual forms during the step-through processes. Also, it is not always possible to open new supporting information tables to fill in blanks with the software version I am using this year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Estimated Tax Worksheet gives different results

A little mystified with Estimated Tax Worksheet. Section IV Required Payment used the 100% refund I clicked on top but VI line 16 uses 90% of taxes due. So, best I can tell, TurboTax calculates different quarterly estimated payments depending on which section that is being viewed???

Frustrated-Failed Validation error message when re

Frustrating. When ready to file, got FAILED VALIDATION message. Instructed to check for updates. Update check said I have updated version. Called for help. On forever. I was finally sent a link to update manually. Finally worked, but I had to reenter drivers license, bank account, and credit card info.
