I could be better

I feel like the product could address senior/retired filing much better. Also, terminology in instructions doesn't always match within the product, form numbers, etc.

Program told me I need to do fed estimated pays even tho I opay by $10K per year. Sometimes it asks me for dat from prior year's filing, which was done on TTax- Why? Ex: last year's state income. No perceived advantage Premier over Deluxe, in my case. Constant updates, even after I filed in late March- disturbing!

I prefer the disc rather than downloading from the network. Found it difficult to download.
It seemed harder to work with this year.
Doesn't advise when case sensitive is required.
Home tax information does not allow for supporting schedule. Since I wanted the details - I had to input the home taxes on the screen where I input the mortgage information.
Didn't like the interest and dividend information schedule that was from the download information. Very confusing.

Turbo Tax worked great - as it always has. The interface for entering income had a new feature that appeared to try to download and enter information automatically. A couple appeared to work well. I checked the list of providers but did nit fine some of my providers on the list.

I have been using TurboTax for Personal & Business use for last 20+ yrs and love it for all the use-cases I am able to address in Step-by-Step or Forms view and even pull specific Forms to address complicated returns.
