Save and go with a different software

Cost to file is too high - In the future will now do paper submissions. Cost of software was also high compare to other software. Will likely change in future solely based on value. Software connection to website is a bit iffy since there is no reason for it during your work on the taxes - are you just collection data?

Turbo Tax can be very slow at times.

On March 26 I started working on my taxes and that evening the response time whenever I clicked continue it took 15 minutes sometimes for the program to respond. It just spun and display PLEASE WAIT. I had to resume working on it on the 27 th and response time was fine. I assume there were too many people communicating with the software at one time.

Problems

you made downloading data from financial institutions needlessly complicated. Also i had to enter data from an institution that i coul not download from and the only way I found to do it was to enter directly on form. When I did that your edits required information that was not relevant and I had to make something up. Thanks, good luck to me
