Works well, onerous activation process

Overall my experience has been good. I tried other software last year and it failed at basic stuff like foreign taxes paid. But the activation system makes it hard for more than one person in the household to file. The advertising may state that you can file up to five returns but that only works easily if all those returns are done on the same machine. Or you all have to share the same Intuit account. Intuit might claim this is for security reasons but I suspect it has more to do with driving sales.

Had several problems filling personal return because of issues with K-1s that took several calls to your help desk to get resolved over several weeks

I have used TurboTax for more than 30 years. Reasonably easy to use, especially with downloading of forms from financial institutions.

Turbo Tax is great

I find turbo tax an excellent product, I have been using this tax preparation software for many years and are completely satisfied. The transfer of data from employer W-2's and financial institutions a great feature that saves time and eliminates errors.

Return the CD option!

Five stars to Mercy for her patience and expertise! We like Turbo, but wish you would have retained the CD option. It would also be useful to stick as closely as possible to the same format from year to year.
