new dependent student qsuestion

the newly added dependent student questions left my return in conflict with my daughters returns. Help was dismal. resulting in a time-consuming hassle and no option to correct online filing. has to be amended by mail in returns. Please add clarifying help. This was only caught when the second return was filed and rejected.

No CD SUCKS!

Not suppling a CD and having to download SUCKS! I needed to get support on the phone to walk me through because I kept getting the message "COULDN'T DOWNLOAD NETWORK ERROR". I wouldn't have needed support if I had a CD to load the software from.

Turbo Tax - 90% good

Tax Return went well this year, but there always seems to be a glitch somewhere. This year the glitch was in the Audit Defense screens. I upgraded this year to TurboTax advantage member. They send an email today that gave instructions on how to claim this free service; but when I followed it, the system wanted to charge me for the service.
