Disappointed in 2024 Turbo Tax Version

The 2024 version of Turbo Tax froze up and past w2 were not available in the Documents folder.

Some Issues

2 issues:
1. if you decide to pay by credit card and change your mind, system is stuck- NO CANCEL BUTTON
2. I should pay for filing state $20 as I am Advantage member, Yet I was charged $25!

File electronically - good; File by mail - Bad

Turbo Tax is a good product to use for filing electronically. It is a poor solution for filing by mail, as the user interface doesn't easily facilitate filing federal tax electronically and filing state tax by mail. That's a valid need for many taxpayers and should be easier in this application. We decide; you facilitate.
