I Love the walk-thrus

Turbo Tax keeps me informed about prior year carry over and walks me through all aspects of income and deductions. It was a little unclear about where and how to enter the IP PIN.

I have used TurboTax for over 20+ years and it has continued to improve years after years. It is a great product to be trusted to file tax return. It also helped me to understand US Taxes filing guidelines and process. I will continue to use this product.

I would like too see an easy way offered to figure the percentage of US government obligations on investments when the information is on supplement pages received and not included on a 1099-DIV.
Tax forms are now too complicated to do without the help of Turbo Tax.

TurboTax continues to be great for me

Got me thru a very complex (for me) return including multiple rental properties, their sale this year, IRA conversions, and multiple pension incomes. TurboTax continues to be great for me with over 25 years using.

Love Turbotax!

Since the year after I sold my business and my personal taxes became less complicated, I've been doing them myself! I like doing them and find Turbotax pretty helpful in solving most issues. This year with the addition of "Ask an Expert", I was able to get the assistance I needed for $60. This was a great help for me, and I'm sure for many others as well.

Turbotax misleads you on the charges

I worked through the taxes fine. The advertisement said free e-file and state included. But once I finish the taxes, then I find out that the free e-file is for the federal taxes. State will cost me an extra $25. Oh, and also Turbotax will cost an extra $25 to process my refund! I would have given a 5 star rating, if I had been informed at purchase of the extra charges. Now I feel deceived.

Product is good with easy-to-follow instructions. After using Turbo for years, we've become quite familiar with the product and not easy to use a different one.
