Product is great; printing process is clunky

The printing process is still too clunky. I should be able to step through the process without having to save the same file multiple times. Please streamline it.

2023 was better

New Dialog boxes are time consuming to enter 1099s. The 2023 and earlier versions were quicker and straight forward. Also there was no link to the previous year (2023) that we always send in quarterly tax payments for both Federal and State.

Dividend manual input section is poorly designed

Your manual input for dividends is absolutely painful to use. I am a long time user of turbo tax - this years version of dividend input is really bad.

I called Turbo Tax for assistance in filing an amended return because for some reason the initial on line questions didn't prompt me to pay the taxes on a 1099-R pre tax rollover amount. The call was disconnected and SAM from Turbo Tax called me back and assisted me on line to complete the 1040X amended return. SAM is awesome! He was so polite, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and just everything I could wish for in a customer service representative. He deserves a raise :-D
