Pretty good, if you can avoid the refund fee

Pretty good, except irritating to see the $40 refund fee (I don't recall seeing before) I had to be careful to avoid, if I did avoid it.

Online to installed version not seamless

The Online and installed version of Turbotax are not seamless. I did my taxes nearly all the way online, and then when I switched to the installed version to finish it up, I had to do 15 minutes of clicking and working through every stage again. Really poor experience between the two, even though Intuit has been doing software for a very long time.

I like the fact that the software instructs me step by step. Have been using TT for several years and I see improvements over the years. Did not have to call TT help desk.

Keeping It Simple

No big problems. Preferred to manually enter investment data so did not need to use new "pull" feature. Found a work around so I could skip that feature.
