Turbo Tax Keeps Getting Better

Generally good as usual. I have been a turbotax user for many years. I found two things that were frustrating. The new Interface for putting in interest and dividend earrings seemed unnecessary. The way it's been done in the past was perfectly adequate. The second frustration was the message " we are having a hiccup" when my e-filing failed multiple times. I contacted a live support person, got excellent advice using the shared screen and in the end I had to quit turbotax and delete the application and download a new version of the application and open that one to access my saved data. Finishing took no more than a few minutes because I had completed everything prior to clicking e-file. I very much appreciated personal support! But I did not like wasting the time and having the frustration with e-filing.

Turbotax is a pain to use

too much repetition of info already in system. also, infuriating to go through the deductions and find that you will get the standard deduction. list the standard deduction up front and tell you not to bother if your deductions are lower.

Easy to use but I don't know where to ask for instant questions that arise. For an example about the treasury bond interest payment.
