TurboTax More Cumbersome Every Year

The experience this year was, again, more frustrating than the year before. Despite 25+ years of loyalty, the user experience is not improving. If anything, more and more of the process flow is obscured by the ever-changing artistic graphics and restructuring of the program. It's almost as if TurboTax is trying to hide the chaos of our tax code --understandable, but not helpful for our nation. This year, the investment income clicks reached the breaking point, an endless loop of repeating questions. All kinds of navigation is required to reorganize inputs so they make sense and add up. Of course, TurboTax is pushing hard for download connections to most all income data, but for what added value? The IRS already HAS this information. Taxpayers should be respected, not herded and coddled.
