I have been using TurboTax for many years. Easy to use. I always print and mail in my forms. If I receive a refund, I have a check mailed to me.

TurboTax is good.

Generally, TurboTax is Good. Had one issue this year. It was difficult to find Oregon State form for Medical for Seniors. TurboTax for 2023 was listed separately. But TurboTax for2024 the form was listed under Other Deductions. Which took a lot time to find.

If It Ain't Broke, don't fix it!

Well, I would give it 5 stars but you changed some things such as the input of interest earned, that is really weird now. Sometimes when it ain't broke, don't fix it. lol There wasn't anything wrong with last years format, I don't know why companies feel that they need to update stuff all the time. Otherwise, awesome! Wouldn't do my taxes any other way.

Superb calculations with TurboTax Premier.

I have used TurboTax for years. The calculations have been excellent. Wording for some questions assume the consumer has more knowledge than a beginner so there is anxiety and confusion. The technical advice is spotty but when you reach someone that is confident, the issue can be resolved. The tax assist advice has been rather unsatisfactory. I had to speak to multiple reps to get a consensus and then I go to a tax professional. I rated 5 stars for the calculation performance of TurboTax Premier.
