Couldn't find where to pay for the Desktop version

The only problem I encountered was purchasing the Desktop version of TurboTax 2024. Repeated searches on the Intuit web pages did NOT point me to a page to purchase and download the 2024 Desktop software. I did finally find a page to download the desktop software, but it took me several hours more to find where I could PAY to use the download. Seems like the easiest thing to do, should be purchasing a product.

Its better than OK

There is no way to change the upcoming year's estimated income on the federal tax tax form. We estimate a large decrease in income in 2025.

Love TurboTax

Did not engage with any of the experts but good to know they are available. I have been using TurboTax for many years now - maybe from version 1? It has made it easier to do my own filing and save the cost of tax accountants for my personal taxes. I love the import from my investment group but my bank is not in the list yet.

Turbo tax was not as easy as in prior years. Had to work with a representative who was very patient and helpful.
