Still a good product

Some things result in seeming contradictions as I move through the form. For example, I work for a company that does not exist in my state of residence, because I do not work in the US. This causes an error with the W2 info I enter which after I clear it up and use NA and the EIN for Federal, I still must enter the state letters for my state, even though my company does not exist in my state. Other things like this related to not living in the US.

A great tool for doing taxes

Turbo tax makes the whole tax experience easy. Over the years it gives me peace of mind to know the taxes are done right, accurately, with all forms filled out correctly. Using the tax expert was a pleasure. I think it is a great service for only $50.00. Doing taxes is a tedious job, but turbo tax makes it as easy as possible.

I have been using TT to file Federal and State Tax returns for 25years. It is indeed a complicated product and works pretty well for most my filing requirements except FBAR filing
In the past few years I have switched to Mac desktop version and I have been experiencing issues in toggling between Easy Steps and Forms tabs.

Gigantically overpriced to begin with. And then unfair extra costs for state e-filing. Help with states is not good. This year there were also a couple of errors in the automatic transfer of information from federal to state (observed by other users as well). Probably better to try a competitor instead next time.

Problem with the printing

UNHAPPY. My return is 33 pages. it will NOT print page 24 and 25. Prints all the others. It is as if 24/25 do not exist - but I can see them in the pictures of all 33. I don't believe it was my printer...as it prints all the others.
