I had to reinstall everytime I needed to update. My state software didn't work, so I had to download forms and fill them out by hand. I am very disappointed with this product!!!!

THIS SOFTWARE CONTINUES TO MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CORRECT ENTRIES OR ELIMINATE INAPPROPRIATE INFORMATION. REVIEWS ARE CURSORY AND DEFICIENT. CHANGES TO THE SOFTWARE HAVE MAKED THE PREPARATION UNNECESSARY DIFFICULT AND CONTORTED.

TurboTax did not create a 1099 MISC form for Whiting and Oasis royalties and did not place the ND tax withheld in the appropriate place so I had to manually put the tax withheld in a worksheet so it would show up on our North Dakota State Tax Form. My e-filed form was rejected due to improper reporting of tax withheld and said it needed a ND Schedule K-2 form, which I have never filed before. I resubmitted but I may have to mail my taxes to North Dakota if rejected again. Can I get my $25 I paid to electronically submit returned if I am rejected again? If so, how?

Reliable product, as usual

I like TurboTax a lot, but in this version of the Premier, I noticed that it didn't toggle back and forth easily between the Easy Step and the actual Form. I did not like this type of glitch. I have a new iMac computer, so it wasn't a problem on my end.
