Made your interest and dividends page not consumer friendly in entering. it put what was entered on the bottom and I reentered both lines twice.

TurboTax is Easy!

Our taxes aren't "complex" and using TurboTax made it very easy to put together and file our taxes.

Easy to file Income tax with Turbo Tax software. It takes me about 3-hours to finish. Last couple of years all filings were good. I feel confident with this tax return tool

Not as easy as usual

This year the process was more compicated. The path using the software was more difficut. i ust used the option to pick on what i wanted to work on. Also there was an error that sent me to tax form to correct the error and it was not easy to figure out what to do.

ONE STAR SHORT THIS YEAR

I'VE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 20-PLUS YEARS. ALWAYS RELIABLE. ALWAYS A RELATIVELY EASY STEP-BY-STEP GUIDING PROCESS. THIS YEAR, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, I HAD A PROBLEM DOWNLOADING THE STATE FILE. IT WAS A BIT IRRITATING! ALSO THE SO-CALLED KEYCHAIN PASSWORD DIDN'T WORK. ALSO IRRITATING! SO, I WASTED SOME TIME - PROBABLY AN HOUR - GETTING IT ALL TO WORK. SO, YES, THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM TO IMPROVE, TURBO TAX. AND THAT'S WHY I TOOK ONE *STAR* AWAY FROM MY USUAL *5-STAR* RATING.

Consistently Excellent

As always, Turbo Tax was easy to use. One small comment, when importing Investment Statements, once you select the brokerage, if you don't double click on the brokerage the initial perception is that you have to import from Quickbooks, etc. If you double click, it gives the option to import directly from brokerage sight. It could be confusing if you weren't familiar with Turbo Tax.
