Investment Documentation Errors

All goood except investment download data had multiple ommisions like sell Short or Long, ZIP code, and 401K widthdraw omissions on forms.. Don't know if its TTax issue or Edward Jones issue. Difficuot for me to fix as these forms are complicated with exception of missing ZIP code.
Second year dealing with this isssue where 70 plus errors were flagged by TTax.
Be nice if somepne could talk Edward Jones TAX team to ask them if thwy receive calls on theis issue. Last year they were really aware of the concern. . . .

Turbo is Awesome / Room for Improvement with 2024

When I pressed a tab to print documents for review. I got a commercial and was struggling to figure out how to bypass it to simply print my documents for review. Turbo, been with you for years....you are excellent, you are better than this. Allow us to review documents without impediments. If you insist on a commercial, make sure it is more clearly mark what to push next to get documents to print.

On 3/23/25 I was having a problem downloading the Connecticut software even though I had already successfully downloaded NYS.
The woman was absolutely wonderful. I am however having another problem with Efiling for my 96 year old aunt. She does not have a NYS ID or drivers license & I'm thinking that's the problem. I just get stuck in a loop at the estimated tax payments. The software won't go any further with the E filing process.
