Don't forget to insert your IP Pin.

Both my state and federal returns were rejected because I did not put in my IP PIN number. I had forgotten that I got an IP Pin early in the year. The program did not ask if I had one. I had to speak to 3 Turbo tax assistants to fix my mistake. The first 2 did have a clue how to add it. A lady with the name Horanica was great she new Turbo Tax inside and out and helped fix my return. Please ask the question do you have an IP Pin in your next revision of turbo tax.

Can't do my taxes without Turbo tax although it keeps getting more confusing .
