Rooms to improve in TurboTax

Overall experience is good with easy to use and user freindly guides. However, when come to paying the fee for filing state taxes returns electronically, billing address for using credit cards only allows entries foo US or Canadian addresses. Users ike me who resides overseas cannot use our credit cards with billing address in foreign country to pay for the fee.

Not happy with changes

I've been working with TurboTax for years. This year I was thoroughly frustrated with some of the changes. Being a repeat customer, I'm accustomed to just going down the list of what I had previously and making necessary changes. Not so this year. I had to keep going back to the income area to find the category to make adjustments. Not user friendly in that way.

TurboTax Premier is suffient

Changes to int div were confusing. Should offer to print ONLY pages needed for IRS. Review of state went in circle, had to use the show topic list to get out of it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to use but a few kinks

Overall easy to use, but import from my financial institution was messy this year. Also, the w2 import (from ADP) did not work and required manual entry.
One error was only caught during electronic transmission and not during the checks/verification process. I don't believe it makes any material difference to the return, but annoying all the same.
I have been using TT for almost 20 years, and this was the clumsiest experience thus far
