turbo tax has glitches every year!

there is always a problem with e-filing through turbotax. My Mac book cannot e-file, it says I need an upgrade. My software is uptodate. I always expect some sort of glitch with this software and hope every year it gets worked out but it doesn't.

Complicated. Am too old to use the new system (89). Previous software was less complicated.! Am worried I may have made mistakes.

Good but a little quirky

Overall it's OK. I found errors e.g. when I thought I had saved the return some items were missing and had to do again. Another error I found was when I downloaded info from one of my accounts, it downloaded items Not Reported to IRS. Doing the return took more hours than anticipated

Current version is a step backwards

The 2024 version was considerably harder to use than previous versions. Options that used to be intuitive were difficult to execute, especially when entering information manually instead of importing. I've used TurboTax for nearly 20 years, but this year I almost gave up on it.
