There is a bug in the Intuit turbotax Premier.

There is a big bug on filling the Form 1095-A of Intuit turbotax Premier software. I received the Form 1095-A from the Health Insurance Marketplace Statement. In months January to May, my family covered by my employer, therefore, the premiums in the columns of A, B and C in January to May are zero. I following the instruction to fill zero in these places. However, in the steps of the final review and transferring the return to IRs, the software asked to delete zero in the From 1095-A. This is not the same as in the original form. If you did not make the deletions, the software did not allow you transfer the file.

I have been using TurboTax since 1988! However, you've made some negative changes this year. The step by step section for dividends is ridiculous and tedious! Working with forms is blocked in some places. You need to remember that many of us know how to prepare a tax return and in some cases prefer to work directly on the forms. Don't make that more burdensome.

Too hard to Install

it was almost impossible to install on my computer. Been using turbo tax for years (2003) and every year it gets more and more difficult to install and access.

Your live experts were fabulous I could not have completed my tax return correctly and brokerage account questions. The last expert I talked to was Martin and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything I asked.

I love TurboTax Except...

I use TurboTax every year. I buy the Premier version. I still have a problem with getting through the process without problems. I import all info from my brokerages and I still have to figure out answers from K-1s and Dividends that should be automatically provided.

One more year with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. The step by step guidance was confusing this year. I found the entry work to be like last year, but following the turbo tax leads to get me to the entry areas was very confusing.

I did everything without any help. Could not get joint credit on OH return. I am now trying to e-file the returns.
