Too many errors and missed deductions.

About 20 forms were not completed by uploading from Schwab. Many had the same form title, so I just kept entering the same dividend amount over and over. The forms weren't any different in any way. I just noticed the amount I had to pay kept going up, so by enter the same amounts, I may be over paying.
Also, I did the complete walk through, and Turbo Tax didn't ask me about any estimated payments.
I am very disappointed with the quality of service this year and will look elsewhere next year.

Easy as always except for accessing on line store

This time, we used a download option instead of the cd. We've been using Turbotax for many years and have also called their help desk several times, and each time our return was done correctly and on time.

App crashes are painful. Can do a lot better

Keeps crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it.
The scrolling in income and deduction section does not work. It keeps resetting to the top when you click a button.

Turbox is charging sale tax on a fee...

I have been using this product for years. I love the product, but I wish there should be an improvement on the MA state tax where you can transfer health insurance info from previous year. Hate to type the same info in every year! And why there is a sale tax for $25 fee for State E-file? Here you are paying tor service not buying for a service! Please stop charging a sale tax on a fee!
