More difficult than last year.

More difficult than last year. I think there were small modifications to the TURBOTAX software that made it more difficult. One thing that took more time was opening my financial 1099's from FIDELITY. Empty forms showed on screen and then when I accessed the FIDELITY site more forms showed up from FIDELITY that were filled out with my data. I didn't know what to do with multiple blank forms vs. the filled out forms.
ALSO the foreign tax withholding was difficult to understand, but I got it done. Not your fault.

started off with turbo tax business couldn't file New Mexico return had to file online with new mexico tax department. Was in a loop when trying to file state return on quickbooks. Says downloaded, then continue to start but wants me to download so download, then says continue to start again and now i'm in the loop. Can't get out. please fix. For individuals, alittle better. However, when efiling it says to print the documents after efiling and send them. When i try and print, i get an error that i can't print. No where online is there help to tell me what to print.

Please improve financial institution import

Financial information import still sucks when RSU stock trade is involved. I always try it first, but end up reverting back to entering everything manually :-(

Yes, I ask for help from one of your Turbo Tax experts, Susan, and she was fantastic! She expertly helped me through a minimum distribution and Form 5329 problem I was having. Very pleasant to work with and did a great job. Completely solved my problem.

TURBOTAX HAS A BUG

So I e-filed the federal and wanted to print the state tax. Instead of straight forward printing there, TT says go back and it wants to print the whole 106 fed & state. I said Print and it gave me the print page where i limited printing to 60-106, hit print and it took me back to "do you want to print returns' without printing. I DO NOT WANT TO PRINT ALL 106 because I pay way more for printing extra sheets. I hate this.

Turbo Tax helps me out every year

My tax situation is fairly simple. Turbo Tax is equipped to handle my basic tax reporting needs. I have come to rely on Turbo Tax this year and in years past. I appreciate the consistency.
