Turbo Tax is a good tool. We have been using it for years on the CD format. A little weird to switch to the download only version, but it worked out okay.

This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax. I started with the on line version but was unable to see how the actual tax forms which would allow me to see if the entries were correct. When I asked one of your accou7ntants thes said the the desk top version was better suited for my needs and I switched to the desk top and did find that it was easier for me to understand. from there things went relativity smoothly I san enough about how helpful and patient I found the accountants who helped me were.

TurboTax 2023 was easier for inputting things out of order. Had to put in W2's manually. Search/assistant worked inconsistently. Had to log in E-mail and password a few times, aside from initial install. TreasuryDirect is not included in the transferable options.

This was my first time using Turbo Tax. I was surprised how easy it was and how it could handle what I thought were complicated issues. I had a capital gain on the sale of a rental and it guided me through the necessary paperwork.
