Paying too much taxes...

I used to like Turbotax more. Maybe my taxes are getting harder, or the results less palatable. It works and I have yet to be audited. I would say too much "sales" about advice without efforts to build that advice into the tool? I will buy it next year too!

Frustrating!

We have used Turbo Tax for several years without any problems. This year the program would not load our state, New Jersey. Over several days, we spent 10 hours or more talking on the phone to 8 different representatives before the 9th person, Andrew, finally solved the problem by installing TurboTax State Cleanup. This "fix" was written by users online who had the same problem. Why didn't other reps know this? Most reps worked tirelessly trying to solve the problem and became just as frustrated as we were. Cheryl, Claudy, and Patricia were great but to no avail. Only Andrew knew what was really wrong. Training needs to be given to ALL tech reps so no one else needs to go through what happened to us. At this point I am not sure that we will ever use Turbo Tax again.

Turbo Tax is all right

Everything is great except for editing preloaded income items that are not importable. Had to go to the forms and enter the appropriate information for 1099-INT.
