Each year the software gets worse!

Each year the software gets worse. I was told to wait for a state tax form that I didn't even need to file and then the ready date on forms kept getting pushed out. I stopped a business, deleted the 2106 from the federal return but the state form kept including it, until I went into the "Forms" view and manually deleted it, only to be met with errors that I just ignored. Additionally, I paid for e-file only to be told that the control number on the W-2 was wrong and I couldn't e-file. BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO REVERSE THE E-FILE CHARGE!?!?!?!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

Difficult to get used to new formats

I found TT more confusing to use this year. I'm a long-time user and changes in format this year took longer to understand. Was more straight forward in previous years.
