Not very user friendly

Not very user friendly this time. I should be able to scan or enter jpg copies of bank interest forms, also it asked me many questions about IRC 125.

I find the Turbo Tax program easy to navigate. I also appreciate that the program looks at previous years returns and carries over relevant information into the current year's return.

Software flaws

This is the first year I've ever had problems with TT. 1) The final print out of the returns (all states and federal to save for my records) did not contain direct deposit info. I happened to print off this to file by mail and luckily caught that my direct deposit info was missing for both of my state filings. So i had to go back into TT and the state > print to file sections and print the specific pages. This was a bit of a headache and made me paranoid something else was missing. 2) I filled out CA forms for the first time as a non resident and the software verbiage was VERY confusing. in fact, one of the pages asked me questions about being a resident of CA, even though i was filling out non-resident forms. I had to read the PDF for it to make sense, rather than the "should be layman's teams" in the UI. 3) and while i'm at it, the e-file fee for states is too high. No reason for it to be $25. because of this, i file by mail.

Good Product, just needs larger text option!

Turbo Tax worked very well for us again this year. My only complaint is that the MAC version does not allow you to zoom-in to make the text larger. I adjusted my preferred font size through the system settings (accessability) and it was still very small! There was no option to adjust the text size for TurboTax in the system settings.
