The Best but not perfect

I have used Turbo Tax for many years - my biggest complaint is navigation. Very difficult to navigate to a specific form or area. You have to go back and then advance to hopefully what you want. Very unhappy with the navigation options.

It is very hard to find the worksheets or anything else when you are told you have an error or something wrong with a worksheet. Why can't you just highlight the form and be directed to the issue?

Frustrating

On Schedule C Profit or Loss from Business it ask for a code for line A. I tried the drop down box but it would not propagate so I had no idea what to enter. I tried all zeros but it would not accept it. I finally looked at last years return to find the number but I spent waaaaay to much time on this one item. Make it more accessible.

TurboTax reduces my tax filing stress substantially every year. I trust that TurboTax is always in tune with the ever-changing Internal Revenue Service requirements and regulations.

Worse than a root canal without any pain killers!

Turbotax continues its downward slide. The program gets less helpful and more confusing/frustrating each year. Now it wants to discourage entering any info manually by always taking you to a download page. I use Turbotax because I have been using it for many years but it really is an ill written, overpriced, and frustrating piece of crap.

Just ok app

A few things are confusing and could be explained better. One example is the ESPP (employment stock purchase plan). There is an alternate way to determine cost basis for the sales. You never mention this in the app. I would have missed it if I had not been warned by my finical institution.
