Turbo Tax - more complicated

Turbo Tax software - I have been using the software for more than 20 years.
It is getting more complicated and burdensome - due to the changes in the tax laws both Fed and state.
This year (2024) is more so than ever. More questions, more forms and more hard to understand questions (is the designers changed through the years???)
Overall - good program and I will use it again - Premier version (since 2021)

Is Turbo Tax going down the hill?

Unable to remove unexpected $45 charges for fro Premium Services that was never selected. This happens first time in at least 7 years of filing with Turbo Tax
I would give Turbo Tax Premier 5 stars if not for unexpected and not asked for Premium Services $45 addition. Hope this king of glitches will be corrected and not repeated in next years.

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the product and ease of entering the data. I have always gotten a refund on my taxes from one or both of Federal and State filings.
I am even anxious to get started with my returns just to see how much I may get back. I use the home premium version desktop with the advantage program and automatic renewal.
