TT Premier 2024 is slower & Card paymt gives error

1. Direct form downloads from Fidelity brought down multiple empty forms along with actual forms provided by Fidelity. Extra hassle to delete them. 2. The TT Premier has bugs that are slowing down respond to go from page to page when you click next buttons. Finally, the worst part is that when I tried to pay by my visa to pay for state tax transmittal, it said the card did not go through even though the payment was made. When I called Tech help, that rep and I struggled for an hour so I could finally get the taxes filed.

TURBOTAX IS AWESOME BUT DOWNLOADING IT IS PAINFUL!

GREAT, ONCE I GOT TURBOTAX DOWNLOADED. THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN WITH MY PURCHASE KIT WAS UNUSABLE. IT WAS TRYING TO FORCE ME TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER APPLICATION THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY.... AND IF IT WAS THEN TURBOTAX SHOULD HAVE AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOADED IT AS PART OF THE .EXE FILE i WASTED 50MINUTES TRYING TO DOWNLOAD AND START THE PROGRAMS, UNINSTALLING TWICE. YOU MADE IT HARD IN THE BEGINNING. BUT ONCE LOADED, THE EXECUTION OF PROGRAM WAS UNEVENTFUL.

TurboTax sucks

I've used TurboTax for several years and this year's software was quite bad, particularly the Alabama software. There were a couple of glitches in Federal, but Alabama was much worse. Alabama's state software took several efforts, saves, and restarts to get through the Alabama return. Wrong forms would come up. Popups would stay on the screen covering up other pages. Some numbers were taken directly from Federal and put in as State. Several extra hours were required to finally get Federal and State eFiled. When it came time to eFile, a charge page came up asking for $40 for "refund processing" when I had no refunds due. I went ahead and filled in the page with credit card info because it would no let me go back or anywhere else. A couple of pages later the correct $20 fee for state filing showed up. I am not happy.
