Same old issue remains unresolved.
Ask for IRS ID DURING the process. Otherwise, the IRS and the state will not accept the returns!!!

Made changes to the worse

Overall pretty happy with the product. However, the changes they made in the reporting of interest and dividends are a total failure. None of the direct imports work. Cant find the bank or login does not work. Had to put in everything manually. Worked so prefect in the prior years. Why make these changes to the worse.

Turbo Tax is OK

TT24 failed to pickup QBI from TT23. I spent many hours trying to extract the info from TT23 because TT changed the formats it's internal worksheets. In addition, problems are poorly described which makes it harder to solve them. Some of the interfaces with user are clunky and confusing.
I'm not that impressed with what I see on the screen, I trust the behind-the-scenes computations are better executed.
Although I'm pretty well stuck on TT, I seek a better replacement.

More problematic this year!

I have used this service for years and this year was much more problematic. I don't like the way info was transferred over from last year. It was difficult to delete and change things. I also had a few complicated things this year and instructions and forms were poor. There was also the printing issue where the document couldn't be saved or printed but hopefully that has been fixed, unsure at this point.

Cheap Trick on next year's credit!

Reducing next year's credit (for state refund e-filing) even if I commit now is ridiculous and may lead me to choose one of your competitors next year, after many/many years of loyalty to your brand!
