So far not great

The program just stopped twice as I was trying to electronically file. (little circle spinning forever)
I had to close the program and restart twice to try to file. It did not build a lot of confidence. I am hoping my data went over OK.
Not sure if this was because I was trying to submit at 530 AM ET?
I have used this product for years and never ran into this problem before
I hope the other tax returns I do go OK

State won't file

Federal works great. It will not finish sending my VA state return!! Gets locked when tries to save then says payment didn't go through.

Bad changes to Investment information download

Investment download area was changed and not for the better. Didn't allow you to go Back once selected. Also didn't allow me to download my forms from Edward Jones saying that I had to wait until 2/6, then it changed to 2/17, yet my documents were sent to me before the end of January. You need to work with Jones to make sue they do not have a blanket policy. In the past if you tried to download and the documents weren't final you got the message that they were not final. This should be on an individual basis and not global. Also in the past it required me to log into Edward Jones, and now you don't have to, it just gives that global message about not being able to download until... I had to type everything in manually and I prefer to take this possible error in data entry away, not mention the extra time to enter it manually.

TurboTax is able to download investment information from my IRAs which saves me a significant amount of time by not having to manually load the data. It also tracks from whom information was downloaded, so next year when I use TurboTax for 2025 taxes, it will have some history available to review/
