Im STILL getting validation failed error after trying numerous times to update software online, as instructed. You guys need to get it together. This is miserable!!

I was very disappointed that I didn't purchase a CD. I am forced to have internet to do taxes

Easy to Use

Have been a Turbo Tax user for over 20 years. Now retired it is easy to use. When I started using it and was still working with rental property it made doing taxes much easier. After 2 years of doing step by step I jumped in to just doing what I needed to do. Features I especially like include picking up prior year information which makes it easier to by pass step by step, downloading investment directly from the investment house which eliminates a lot of data entry and assures you have it correctly.
Yes one does need to be comfortable using a computer but once you do it once you can stop going to an accountant.
