Turbo Tax is Awesome!

I really like your program; it is easy to work but with it has a glitch on the depreciation I had to go over the information a couple of times to fix it, but overall, its great!

Program quit unexpectedly near the end, but I think it was a computer problem.
No difficulty in finding where I had to enter data.
Being able to apply previous year information is a great help.

this year the software went downhill. I was disapointed as it did not come in cd version. I was not able to search for questions as i did in the past, this software would give a blank screen. The new version requires you to pay extra $60 for auditing help. Also I could not retreave forms from the software.

Bring back the CD ROM!

Bring Back the CD ROM. I never had problems with this product when it was CD ROM based. I had multiple problems with this new non-CD ROM product resulting in significant time spent calling customer support. This used to be a 5 Star product now it is barely average.

Confusing for a first time user that must file in multiple States with investment income variables for each State. A quality tutorial would be helpful.
