harder to use than earlier versions

I like getting the disc version of turbo tax rather than the download version. The download kept hitting an error before the download was complete.

Easy to upload investment data. Carry over from previous years is easy. Makes taxes as easy as possible for a crumby task...

Turbo-tax is very helpful. I do wish it had the credit forms built into the software so I do not have to send it in personally.

Turbo Tax is ok

Turbo Tax does many things right but has some issues. It thinks my wife was not covered by health care the entire year, but she was. So that is annoying but I can live with that.
Very aggravating this year is that printing the return from Mac did not work for many people, the problem was reported in January, as of March 19 is still not fixed. Some people have found some work arounds, but this should not take this long to fix.
I am pretty sure I signed up for TurboTax to notify me by email that my tax were paid. One day later, no email, so I called the bank and the taxes were paid.
It would be very helpful if the list of Charitable Deductions from previous years was displayed in alphabetical order.

TurboTax is not bad but still has room to improve

TurboTax could not import my tax last year from HR Block because I used SR-1040. Do you guys test your software before releasing it? So I had to type all my personal info on TurboTax.
