Very unsatisfied!

Very dissatisfied!! This year we experienced a MAJOR bug in the product. We were unable to enter our Social Security info and instead was put into an infinite loop!!! Your updates did NOT fix the problem; fortunately, we found a workaround offered by another user in the community forum. We have been using TurboTax for over 30 years and have never had such a bad experience. Intuit needs to invest more resources in Quality Assurance. We expect a quality product when we purchase your software.

Excellent product but somewhat pricey; also wish TurboTax would include State filing fee as well as the Federal filing fee.

Two minor problems

Two things:
1. I was asked to evaluate the support I got from TurboTax experts. I didn't request any live support.
2. In the section on Kansas City earnings tax, one of the questions asked for Kansas information, not Kansas City (MO) information. I assumed it was an error that your reviewers didn't catch.

I file in two states. You should add a reminder to perform the 'nonresident' state first... We need a hint what income 'attributable to YOUR STATE' means....
