Two things not 100%.
1. I would have sworn in the past that I answered I'll just use the standard deduction. Don't bother me with all the Itemize questions. That did noit happen this time.

2. Tried to print my return for my records but it's not working. I think it may have actually created the PDF but I can not find it to print it.

Bad Turbo Tax experience for 2024

By not having a CD version I was forced to try the on-line download. It did not work because "The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app." After over an hour working with customer support, we were finally able to get the program installed but still had several problems to get to the actual software. The support person (female) sounded like she was talking in an echo chamber and I needed to ask her to repeat numerous times. When finally completed, Turbo Tax charged me $15.00 to file my Colorado return. In the past it was always included. I have used Turbo Tax for dozens of years and this was a very disappointing experience.

Used Turbotax for years. Very easy an helps remembers minor issues that should be reported like jury duty pay.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
