Great program, one quibble

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and it's never steered me wrong. However, there's one feature they seem to have deleted that I miss. There used to be an outline option where if you needed to go back and correct something, you could click in the outline to get to, or very near to, exactly the screen you needed. I sure wish they'd bring that back.

2024 Version disappointing

This year's Turbo Tax program would not transfer the Form 1099 data from my Edward Jones Account correctly. A very polite and patient gentleman from Turbo Tax spent A LOT of time on the phone with me correcting the problem and changing many line items that come across with incomplete info. When we were done, he sent me an email for a free State e-File to make up for the troubles I encountered. The instructions in the email were poor on how to redeem the free e-File, so I had to call in to Customer Service again and have a polite woman walk me thru how to redeem it and get the Returns e-Filed. Your Phone Associates were awesome, but the product I purchased did not perform the way it should have. It was exasperating.

Poor Customer Service and many errors and updates

Poor Customer Service and many errors and updates that should have been released earlier in the year which delays filing. Turbotax wont refund or honor costco credit, will switch to another company next year.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

I had to pay $25 to e-file my state return. I am going to look at other options next year.
