This year's version was the best I have seen to date. However, I think the omission of an IP PIN should be included in your automated review. That is, if you had an ID PIN last year, you should (probably) have another one this year. Also, there should be an IP PIN question in the personal background. It was too hard to find this year.

very disappointed with this years Turbo Tax;
did not transfer info from previous years; I had to look up all accounts to ensure I didn't miss any; this was one reason I kept with TurboTax; I will be exploring other options since this advantage is now gone;

Have used it for many years but seemed to have difficulty this year getting back to the step by step process after getting out of it and looking at the forms.

TURBO TAX PRINT FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK WITH MAC

Confident that the returns were done correctly, but very tedious going through all the check list although I do skip through most. The biggest issue I had this year is the Turbo Tax software did not work well with my Mac computer when it came to printing the return. At no point, either during entering information, at the preview step when the return was done, or after transmitting the returns was I able to PRINT the return. On Intuit I looked for solutions and found a very lengthy thread of 20 + pages with other users all having the same issue and getting no help from Intuit Customer Service. Thread began in January. Found work around suggested by someone that finally allowed me to print out the return.

Navigation has deteriorated

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 25 years. This was the worst experience I have had during that time. The ability to navigate is flawed. Entering dividend and capital gains information was cumbersome to say the least. Some of the selection windows need improvement (arrangement of available selections, hidden items).
