Software helps; fees for processing not so good

Some information can be confusing, but it takes more time to study what I need. I don't appreciate being charged a fee for receiving a refund. Really? I just paid for the software, now you want another percentage of what I earned? Very disappointed.

Turbo Tax is Great

I had a problem with my Federal taxes: could not get my foreign tax credit. I called and spoke with Anita Case # 1545883956. She was terrific, very smart, figured out why I was not getting it as a credit but as a deduction. She guided me through the whole process, showed me how I could fill out Form 1116 and how to be able to put a number in the form - and I got it as a credit! She was so patient with me so friendly and so sweet.

TT in previous years allowed being able to choose form(s) to work on from menu. Was not able to do so this year.

Taxes almost made fun.

If we are alive, we have to pay taxes. They are an inevitable fact of life. Pretty much since I've owned a computer, I have used Turbotax. Although my returns became more complicated, Turbotax always made it easy and almost fun to do. I have never used any other program even if one existed primarily because of my past experience with Turbotax. No need to fix something if it's not broken.

Form 3840 does not work!

Form 3840 does not work! It didn't work last year either! The program indicates all can be submitted as a file, but AFTER PAYING FOR CA EFILE it continues to ask questions that once answered, it continues to ask!
This sucks! I will now have to file by mail even after paying for the file!
