I wish to thank you SO MUCH for the help I've received from TurboTax. I had SO MUCH trouble getting needed updates from your program. The updates would not come. I was up to the TRANSMITTING" but it would not let me transmit & file my returns until I had the necessary updates. . I called TurboTax, & your Rep, Brittany was SO HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CONFIDENT, PATIENT & COURTEOUS throughout our conversation!! She did not give up until she resolved my problem. In short, we were finally able to successfully get the updates, & file my returns!!!! & it was her 100% efforts that achieved this!!!! Brittany deserves commendation for her work!!! You've got an excellent employee, & I would strongly wish that EVERYONE gets connected to BRITTANY for their questions/problems!!!! Again, I've been using TurboTax for MANY years, & I love it!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

As always, it's a pain, but the carry-over information makes things easier. When entering info, the last years information entered on the worksheets keeps me on track, making sure I've entered everything. Pressing sent to file is the best part, until nest year.

Printless on Vacation

Frustrated I can not save directly to my computer the PDF print file. Each time I hit print it just went and quit back to previous screen.
I really do not want to print it now but I like have a file in PDF if I want to later without bringing up turbo Tax on my computer at later date since I do not have my printer with me now. That would also give me option to look at it without a printer without turbo tax on my I-phone or I pad.

After all these years, you still can't put my charitable deductions in alphabetical order.
You ask me multiple times about filing a state even though Tennessee has no state income tax. After the first time, it should not be asked again.

Please make it easier to learn how to enter K-1 line 20 box OTHER information such as
ZZx where x is not a drop down, but must be added manually with a description.
I have an example I needed to enter, which I did successfully, but doing it wasn't obvious.
Example of my entry: ZZ8 Partner Basis Items and Remedial Items for Section 163(j).

Have Used TurboTax Since 1990

I have used TurboTax to file my individual Federal Income Tax Return since 1990. I do not know what I would do without TurboTax. Returns have become so complicated that I would probably need to hire a CPA to do my return if it weren't for TurboTax.
